The Beer Snobs and Il Cane Rosso are teaming up again for another night of debaucher. The evening of Thursday, March 1 will feature a paring of winter beers chosen by yours truly paired with the magnificent creations of chef Matt Reddick. The liquid libations that we have challenged Matt to match are:
- Deep Ellum Backslider Blonde
- La Chouffe - Oh how I love this beer.
- Weinstephaner Korbinian - A sort of a saison/bock hybrid with strong roasted malts.
- Maudite - French-Canadian madness....and goooood.
- Ommegang 3 Phlosophers
