Event features 15 barleywines and whole
hog roast
Fort Worth, Texas, Feb. 11, 2014 —
Flying Saucer Draught Emporium will host the 5th Annual Barleywine
Experience, this year dubbed Barleywine & Swine, on Saturday, Feb. 22 beginning
at 11 a.m. at its location at 111 E. 3rd St. in Sundance Square.
Flying Saucer will
bid farewell to winter and encourage an early Texas spring with the release of
more than 15 different barleywines and the roasting of a whole hog on its patio.
Once brewed in England for the Aristocratic elite, barleywine is now available
to the masses.
