Dallas has few diversions other than eating, drinking and shopping.....and shopping does not interest us.
So we spend our time hopping from restaurant to restaurant and to every pub that we can find in search of the perfect meal and the perfect beer.

We randomly review restaurants and bars, dishes and beers at whim and give our brutally honest opinions of our findings. And while we concentrate on Dallas, we travel far and wide to sample cuisine from all regions of the country and beyond.

Beer Dinner - The Bird Cafe & Prairie Artisan Ales

OK, here is a beer dinner that I promise you won't want to miss.  While most of us a familiar with the quality of food a the Bird Café at Sundance Square in downtown Fort Worth   ... what?  You haven't heard of it?  The food is very similar to the food at the Meddlesome Moth located in the old Flying Saucer location, which is to say, quite good.  Where was I?  Oh yes ... while you may have at least heard of the great food at the Bird, you may have not had a chance to try the beers from Prairie Brewing, which are frigging excellent!  Do this and thank me later. - Bon
