This very limited (less than 20 BBLs were made) beer takes all the raw ingredients we use for Mike Modano's 561 but is brewed with Crazy Water (from the Crazy Water Company in Mineral Wells, TX) in conjunction with their annual Crazy Water Festival. This gives a new flavor profile to our already popular 561.
